We are looking to hire a strong frontend engineers to our Technology team. We want people who are passionate about taking up new challenges and bringing them to life. The ideal candidate combines a strong technology background, with a problem solving mindset and solid work ethics.
Responsibilities
- Architecture: Figuring out all levels of designing and structuring systems, deciding on optimal levels of abstraction and future-proofing, patterns of orchestration of components and finally planning its execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, product and backend teams to understand and break down customer needs into technical requirements
- Implementations: Should be able to structure and write code, design and adhere to common principles and patterns. Should have the ability to contribute according to timelines and type of projects - from working POCs to stable production code and the ability to work with a large breadth of knowledge
- Ownership: End-to-end ownership of services and specialized components required for various projects - starting from prototypal stage to production-hardened. These may include anything from document parsing to solving problems using deep learning
- Delivery: Delivery of end-user interfaces that drives the business and meets the functional needs of our customers and partners. Will also be responsible for developing various frontend components to be used by other applications or developers
Qualifications
- Experience with front-end software development technologies like React Native, Flutter and Dart (1+ years for SDE1, 3+ years for SDE2, 5+ years for SDE3)
- Strong background in reactive frameworks
- Strong background in either JS(Java script), TS(Type script) or Dart
- Strong background in responsive and multi-platform design.
- Experience in development of mobile UI based designed using Figma
- Experience in integrating with JAVA/Spring boot APIs at the backend
- Experience integrating with backend infrastructure and manipulating data structures
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks and front-end software design patterns
- Understands how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser or device (e.g., lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.)
- Should have worked on end-to-end of project life cycle.
- Should have worked in 3 Agile projects
- Experience in Unit testing/integration testing of mobile user interfaces
- Prior experience of working with containerized applications
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
- Should be able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
- Startup Experience is a big plus
